●Returned Goods・Exchange・Cancelation

・Please understand that we do not accept returned goods/changes regarding purchase mistakes based on the types of products you ordered. Please pay attention while shopping and ask for details before making final purchases.

・For cancellation before shipping, the Company will make a refund minus the transfer fee. We cannot accept cancellation after shipment regardless of reason. 

・Although we make every effort to ship products accurately, please make sure to confirm the contents immediately after arrival. If the order is incomplete or contains products you did not order, please contact us within 3 days of arrival. Refunds and returns may not be possible after that time.

・In the case that you receive a damaged or defective product, and the product is in its original packaging, returns may be possible. If returns are necessary, shipping costs will be paid at the Company's expense. 

・To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once the seal is broken on a package or a product has been used, returns and exchange will not be accepted.
